experience in these practices through our own building projects
and the retrofitting of older houses with lower U-values.
Through our vast experience as a building contractor combined
with our experience and knowledge in the insulation and
retrofitting sector, we offer a top quality service in making your

We at Gormley Construction are SEAI registered and Grant approved contractors for the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland. Unde the (HES Scheme) Home Energy Saving Scheme, you can avail of grants for the following energy saving work:
Wall insulation – cavity wall, internal dry lining or external insulation (outsulation) Installation of a high efficiency boiler (more than 90% efficiency) including heating controls upgrade Heating controls upgrade Building Energy Rating (BER) after the energy saving work is carried out. SEAI will only fund certain heating control upgrades with certain functions.

We quote from plans provided and can offer advice where required
as we have vast experience in the building trade.
