The key services were provided as follows:

• The construction of 2 Viewing Rooms, 2 Kitchenettes, 1 Office, Staff Lobby, 2 Disabled Toilets, Plant / Services Room and all associated works.
• Installation of Mechanical and Electrical services to include a zoned heating system.
• Construction of Set down area for pedestrian access.
• All building and structural woks including installation of windows.
• All site works and parking area to include tarmac, boundary walls, railings and kerbing.
• Connect to existing sewerage.
• Stone work, Copper Cladding & Green Roof system to external.

The new build extension to the above named was completed on time and on budget. The Mortuary ran as normal occupied during the project. There was numerous variations that arose during the renovation which did not affect our completion of a successful project.

New Build Construction of 2 classrooms, associated facilities, internal refurbishment on existing building and site works. Also currently responsible for maintenance/upgrades on site. The school was fully occupied and ran normally during term time therefore propper Traffic Management &   did not pose an issue as it did not interrupt our work progress for a successful completion of the contract.

• The construction of 2 Classrooms, Resource Room, Learning Support, 2 Offices, 5 Toilets, 1 Staff Room, 2 Store Rooms and all associated facilities .
• Installation of Mechanical and Electrical services to include a zoned heating system.
• Construction of Set down area for pedestrian access.
• All building and structural woks including installation of windows.
• All site works and parking area to include tarmac, boundary walls, railings and kerbing.
• Installation of Sewerage plant and new perculation.

The redevelopment and extension to the above named was completed on time and on budget. The school was fully occupied so noise constraints applied during school hours. Traffic management measures were in place at arrival and departure times which didn’t hinder our progress. There was numerous variations that arose during the renovation which did not affect our completion of a successful project.

The school was fully occupied and ran normally during term time therefore proper Traffic Management & Noise constraints did not pose an issue as it did not interrupt our work progress for a successful completion of the contract.

Bunninadden National School, Bunninadden, Ballymote, Co. Sligo

Remedial Works to Existing Sewer Drainge & Associated Works. Relay all sewers, foul & storm water networks including new manholes, access chambers, connection to main sewer line in public street & new paved footpaths Re root and reposition of water main and fire hydrant and all associated connections & accessories.
